The grip has to outlast the laundry cycle
Studio brands rarely lose a member over how a sock looks. They lose them when the silicone grip flakes off after a month of hot washes, or when an open-toe pair slides on a damp reformer mid-class. A yoga, Pilates, or barre sock is safety equipment first, so the real question for a factory is how the grip is bonded and how it is laid out for the way people actually move on a mat. As a private-label and OEM manufacturer, Sihman Inc. treats that grip as an engineered feature: you choose the pattern, density, and even a logo-shaped layout, and we apply silicone that keeps its traction through repeated laundering.
Styles and lengths for every studio format
Most studio lines carry two or three constructions at once, because each discipline asks for something different underfoot. We build them to your spec:
| Style | Best for | Lengths |
|---|---|---|
| Open-toe grip | Yoga and mat work, toe articulation | Ankle, crew |
| Full-toe grip | Pilates, cooler studios, reformer | Ankle, crew |
| Toeless cross-strap | Barre and dance-based formats | Strap-back |
Each runs in combed cotton, a cotton / polyamide / elastane blend for stretch, or bamboo viscose for a softer eco-oriented line, knit on a fine gauge so the sock flexes with the foot instead of bunching under the arch.
Consistent from first sample to fifth reorder
Once your grip layout, toe style, and colorway are locked, they stay locked. We manufacture at our own facility in Turkiye, so the breathable knit, the shaped footbed, and the silicone grip read the same on your first 1,200 pairs as they do on a 5,000-pair reorder. You supply the artwork and the style brief; we supply the grip engineering and the make quality a studio audience keeps coming back to.
