Sihman Inc. is a private-label and OEM sock manufacturer, and this page lists what we can build. Through our sister company Elteksan, knitting private-label socks in Istanbul since 1999, Sihman Inc. produces private-label and OEM socks end to end: knitting, linking, finishing, quality control and packaging. As a US company we import as the importer of record, so a US brand gets one landed price with duties inside it and no customs paperwork to handle, while Turkiye's location keeps lead times and transport short.
We don't offer design services; you bring the artwork and specification, and we manufacture it precisely, at scale, with consistent quality run after run.
How we build a sock

Gauges & construction
From fine-gauge dress socks to chunky 200-needle cushioned crews. Terry-loop cushioning (full, half, or zoned), flat-knit, ribbed, and mesh ventilation panels, built to your spec.

Anatomical & technical fit
Left/right anatomical shaping, arch-compression bands, seamless hand-linked toes, cuff tensions from no-slip grip to relaxed comfort. Graduated compression where the line calls for it.

Grip & performance features
Silicone anti-slip grips for yoga, Pilates and trampoline lines, reinforced heel/toe for sport, moisture-wicking structures and thermal zones for ski and cycling.

Long-staple combed cotton for softness and shape retention, the backbone of our everyday and premium lines.

Bamboo & Modal
Breathable, moisture-wicking, hypoallergenic fibers with a silky hand, ideal for eco-positioned and sensitive-skin ranges.

Wool & mercerized
Merino and wool blends for warmth and technical socks; mercerized cotton for a lustrous, durable finish.

Performance blends
Polyamide, elastane and recycled fibers blended to your targets for stretch, durability and quick-dry performance.

Full-color jacquard, stripes, intarsia and all-over patterns. Match your brand palette. No design services, so you supply the artwork and we manufacture it faithfully.

Logos knitted into the sock, woven, or embroidered, plus custom cuff text and branded toe-seams. Never printed on.

Packaging & presentation
Custom hangtags, header cards, sleeves, gift boxes and polybags, retail-ready or e-commerce-ready, packed to your requirement.

Can you make it?
Can you manufacture my specific sock design?
Sihman manufactures most custom sock constructions, including grip, graded compression, athletic, dress, diabetic, and kids styles. We knit at 156 or 200 needle density with molded silicone or PVC grips, terry cushioning zones, anatomical left and right shaping, mesh panels, and logos knitted in (up to six thread colors), woven, or embroidered. Patterns are knitted, not printed, for a more premium finish. We do not make five-toe (toe) socks or shoe-like constructions.

What materials do you use, and can I get 100 percent cotton socks?
Sihman knits cotton, organic cotton, bamboo, modal, wool, and performance blends at 156 or 200 needle density. A durable sock needs roughly 20 percent synthetic content, so we do not offer 100 percent natural fiber socks; a typical recipe is 80 percent target fiber with 17 percent polyamide and 3 percent elastane. We advise the right blend for your design and use case during quoting.

Do you help with design, or do I need a finished tech pack?
Sihman manufactures to your design and does not offer design services. Send a tech pack, artwork, or a reference sock you like; our production team advises on construction, materials, and feasibility, and can match or improve on a reference sock. You bring the brand and the design direction, and we make it knittable, from yarn choice to logo placement.
Can you handle packaging, labels, and retail-ready or Amazon FBA prep?
Yes. Sihman produces custom packaging and labeling in-house: hangtags, header cards, sleeves, gift boxes, and polybags, with finished goods assembled retail-ready or e-commerce-ready, including Amazon FBA prep. Sihman Inc. handles US labeling requirements under its own FTC registered identification number. Custom packaging is quoted separately from the per-pair sock price, so include your packaging format when you request a quote.
